Could be better

Before we stayed there I called to ask if there was a fridge and microwave in the room, and I was told yes. When we got there, there wasn't and there was not a hair dryer either. On our last night the light fixture above the shower was dripping water from it without us even using the shower. We called the front and they said they couldn't do anything to help us since there was no maintenance person or manager at that time.
