Room needs work
Apple Valley Inn Pigeon ForgeI was placed in a room where the door frame had been chewed up and they guy wanted to charge me extra because I arrived a few minutes early. The staff was inattentive and unhelpful. There was an extra $20 charge I was not informed of in advance for my service dogs.

No sleep, noisy neighbors, staff unhelpful
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham LondonWe complained multiple times over a period of 3 hours about the screaming kids up and down the hall and the people above us sounding like they would come through the roof. Staff ignored us. I finally got up at 3 a.m. and left because I figured if I was going to be awake I may as well drive. Complained to the hotel and all I got was "sorry the walls are thin." NEVER AGAIN.
