Out dated

The room is extremely out dated. The heating and cooling unit has turn dials without a specific temperature, but instead just red and blue like a water knob. The rest of the hotel feels almost like it's been deserted and unkept for years, if not decades. And unfortunately, I paid for one of the nicer suits through BringFido, but when I got here I learned that with a dog, you can only get one of the accessible rooms, without a tub or jacuzzi like I originally paid for.
