Lots of negatives

Booked the appointment on Fido because it was the only place in Gallup that would accommodate my 3 small pets. We arrived really late and the staff was nice but said they were short staffed and we could not have a late checkout which we requested at booking but this is not the issue. The room was filthy! There was someone else's food in the fridge. I can only hope the sheets and towels were clean because they were not white. If it was not 3 am and we didn't have our pets we would have left, but as exhausted as we were, we took a nap on top of the bed after peeling off the spread and used our travel pillows because I didn't want to touch anything. In the morning we were rushing to get out and since the staff didn't understand us the manager came and we explained about asking for late check out and we were trying as fast as we can. Again very nice and said it would be ok but I still cannot get past how dirty it was. In conclusion if you do not care about cleanliness and you need a cheap place to stay with 2 dogs and a cat then go right ahead because it is in fact cheap and the staff IS friendly.
