Live Cockroaches, Filthy

Live Cockroaches! Dead bugs on the wall, like somebody sprayed them and just left them plastered to the wall. This place is filthy - the floors, the bathtub, the windows, sidewalks, the parking lot, the grounds. The room smelled so bad we literally used a whole can of Febreze. Bathroom door does not close. AC doesn't work properly. WiFI is too slow to even download email. TV remote missing the back. TV wired to the room light so you can't watch TV with the light off. The 4 person room will sleep 4 but there is no room for luggage or clothes of 4 people. Forget bringing a medium/large dog - there is no space for the crate. Manager was rude and combative. Someone opened our door in the middle of the night - lucky we always put the latch. This place is not safe or healthy for man or beast.
