Grooming scheduling nightmare!

I would have given a far better rating if this were just for the groomer - she was fantastic!! Very helpful and kind. One of the gentlemen who works behind the counter is also very resourceful and nice and knows the product lines inside and out. They also have really great products and treats inside.

But we have now had FOUR grooming appointments booked by Woof Gang that we have shown up for, only to find out they do not have the appointment in their books. It's a pain in the butt to try to park there on King and to load our puppy into the car, unload him and go inside, only to find out there is no appointment. Then, when this happens, they are so booked up that you can't get an appointment again until about 2 weeks from when your appointment was supposed to be. I make my next appointment when I leave the current appointment and I put it directly into my calendar before I leave the store, so I know it's them and not me. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere - a grooming service can't have these sort of scheduling challenges, especially when there is software out there that makes scheduling super easy for all parties - this is the 21st century, after all. My friend tells me this has happened to her at Woof Gang as well.
