Terrible stay

We checked in and they didn’t know we had dogs based on the reservation I made. They called me in the room and asked about the dogs, I told them to charge the card. 30 minutes later they called again saying they didn’t save the card information at check in. We checked in at 4pm and about 7pm my daughter noticed a hypodermic needle at the base of the bed. My husband took it to the office and they said “you’ve been here since 4, how do I know you didn’t put it there” so he left it on the counter. The area was horrible, at 3 am we could hear people outside yelling and cussing. The next night the vending machine was broken into and there was broken glass everywhere which was not good for my pups. It sat there until the next day. I could not wait to leave, the house keeping were rude when I asked for trash bags and new towels (they only cleaned rooms on request between 9 am and noon. We were there 3 days) unfortunately there wasn’t much selection for hotels in Rialto CA so we just had to deal with it.
