Great Park
Stuart Nelson Dog Parka great place, close to the highway for a quick break! the road leading into the park is misleading, but keep going because the park is great!
Great Stop
Bark Parkthe park is great - the only reason I subtracted a bone is there was quite a bit of unpicked up poop! other than that the other dogs and people were friendly and fun - great place to wear out the dogs!
The Hotel Isn’t Amazing, But The Pet Policy Is
Aloft Nashville West EndThe hotel has clearly seen some Nashville party nights - but props in that there is no pet fee, and our room (we were upgraded to a suite when we claimed pets) was large, comfortable and clean. Although it is a little maze like to get from the parking garage to the rooms, the availability of off street parking was a plus.
Pet Fee A Little High - But A Nice Hotel
Residence Inn by Marriott Pittsburgh Monroeville/WilkinsWe chose this based on location. The pet fee is a bit high, but it’s certainly on the nicer side of the Residence Inns!
Great Service
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lexington GeorgetownThis is a very welcoming place! Cookies for humans, bones for dogs, plenty of grassy area for potty breaks, low pet fee, the “suite” gave us plenty of space and the friendly staff gave great dinner recommendations. A win win.
We Loved This Random Find
Dinosaur WorldWhen leaving Bowling Green, we wanted to find a spot to give our pup a walk since we had a long day of driving. What a random pet friendly find - it was great. I think we learned something too!
Great Find
Home2 Suites by Hilton Bowling Green HotelIt was our first time in a Home 2 Suites and it was great - the room was large and it was nice to have the kitchen area for more space. There was a nice grass strip out the back of the hotel for pups. Close to restaurants and the highway which was great!
Great Find
Bark Park at H.P. Thomas ParkFound this on our way into Bowling Green - great find! Nice sized park, plenty of pups to play with. It was great!
Great Pet Friendly Find
Hilton Branson Convention CenterThis became an impromptu stop when driving across the country - it was nice that they allowed pets for not a ridiculous fee. The room was great - the pets enjoyed the windows. Only downfall was all rooms used the elevators and it was pretty busy which meant we had to be pretty respectful when riding elevators. Not a lot of land around the hotel, but plenty of places on the area to go for a walk.
Beautiful Spot
Table Rock State ParkWe loved walking our dog here! It is a beautiful walk and lake - with plenty of access points for a quick dip or some exploring!
It Was Ok
Hampton Inn Derby Wichita SoutheastOur stay was just “ok” - we had a room on the top floor which wasn’t awesomely convenient
Great Potty Spot
TA Travel CenterNot all rest stops have fences dog areas - this was an awesome find. Everyone got a leg stretch, including the dog. It’s a little small
Great Hotel For A Road Trip Recharge
Residence Inn by Marriott Fort CollinsThis hotel worked great for us - pet friendly with a minimal fee
A Great “Fido” Find For The Price
Elk Country InnWe stayed here for a night - this hotel had some great positives! It is close to town
We Got Lost!
City Creek Trail SystemWe got lost trying to find it - ended up with a quick walk in the middle of nowhere...
Easy, Quick Stay
Residence Inn by Marriott Boise WestWe stayed here while passing through Boise - the pet fee wasn’t bad ($25) and we had a room on the floor to make it easy to get in and out. There is quite a bit of grassy areas on the side of the property to walk
Beautiful Hike
Smith Rock State ParkWe enjoyed our morning hike here with our pup! The views were gorgeous and it was empty on a Sunday morning. Pups are require to be leashed and there is a $5 parking fee, but it is a great workout and you will have tired pups afterward! We really enjoyed this hike.
We’ve Stayed Here Twice With Pets!
TownePlace Suites Bend Near Mt. BachelorWe have stayed at this property twice now with pets. The pet fee isn’t bad ($25) and it’s nice to have more space in the suite like setting. We always enjoy our time in Bend and this hotel makes a trip there easy. There are grassy spots to walk your pup and plenty of places in Bend to take them for more of a walk to hike!
Great Place to Run
Sandy River Delta ParkThis is a great park - large, water access, plenty of trash cans - such a great park. We have enjoyed stopping here multiple times when passing through Portland!
Great Rooms and Service
Residence Inn Portland Airport at Cascade StationThis is either a newer Residence Inn or at least recently renovated. The suite was large, very clean and quiet. Inquire about the pet fee
