Not really dog friendly
Half Shell Oyster HouseCalled to see if place for eating where dogs allowed. They said that only on patio where don’t send servers. Too bad.
Poor staff
La Quinta by Wyndham VicksburgCheck-in was atrocious. Front desk was not attended for 10 minutes when we arrived during a rainstorm and at 6:30. They had no rooms on first floor despite our reservation with dogs. Elevator was not working and so had to haul our stuff up to 3rd floor (why not 2nd?). Outlets did not work. HUGE cockroach on dresser. Need I say more?
Good pizza and nice outdoor for Fido
The Purple Pig Pizzeria & Pubwe stopped here for lunch during August. there is covered patio seating where dogs can hang and they get big bowls of water. Alamosa gets super cold so not a winter option. pizza was good too.
Great for dogs
The Sage HotelConvenient hotel for dogs. Nice that you can park on the same level as your room.
Lousy Location
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tampa Near Busch GardensOld, not very clean and hot water rationed. Not good for humans so not good for our companions either.
