Disappointed

We were so disappointed with this hotel. The carpets in the hallway and in the room were stained, the pet package was suppose to come with a pet bed and pet bowls but didn’t. We couldn’t valet our SUV because there was no space and they didn’t have decaf coffee. Total let down!
