Terrible mgmt

Mgmt was very rude. Lots of noises from a/c, tv remote was not set up properly so that you could choose channels without scrolling up and down. Our key cards somehow got de-programmed when tried to get back into our room. Carpets had a musty odor. Toilet was unsteady. Exhaust made loud noises.
