No bed bugs!
SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western TarboroAs per another review stating bed bugs, no bed bugs noticed. Very reasonable hotel, we did sleep well. Rooms not as well cleaned as should be (corners and floor needed a good mop). Bathrooms older (didn't take shower as it was not to inviting). Breakfast was usual: waffles, watery eggs, store bought muffins/bagels. Was very reasonable price and we got exactly what we paid for.
Excellent night's sleep
Hampton Inn HagerstownNice, safe area to walk dog. Excellent night's sleep. Fabulous well stocked breakfast. Room price very reasonable, however, additional $75 charge per dog. Quite a few places within walkinh distance to grab dinner.
Good for one night
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sevierville / KodakSeems to be older hotel they are trying to renovate. Comfy bed, no carpet in room which is a plus. Heater/ac loud when it comes on. Adequate breakfast, no fresh fruit. Unfortunately, and this is NOT the hotel's fault, NOBODY picks up after their dog. Had to walk a bit to get into clean ground. Truly disgusting dog owners, especially with virus going around. Would definitely stay a night again while traveling to Florida.
Good night's sleep
Red Roof Inn Roanoke RapidsEasy access on/off highway. Room was dated but clean. Quiet for a good night's sleep. Plenty of food around hotel.
