Excellent and Informative
Amelia River Cruises & ChartersBoth tour guides/captains were knowledgeable and informative. We heard a lot of good stories, historical facts, area and habitat information. We were very pleased to be able to bring our dog along on the trip. She is an excellent traveler and stayed out of everyone's way. We were very happy with the tour. (Because the Cumberland Island ferry does not allow dogs, we could not do an actual tour of the island. This was the second best option to see the Island). We saw the wild horses, indications of ruins, birds, and an alligator. As a bonus, on the way back we saw dolphins. Thank you for a fun and informative tour.

A Great Tour to Sniff Out Savannah
Oliver Bentleys Historic Dog Walk TourWhile exploring tours to do in Savannah prior to arrival, I came across this tour as we were hunting for a tour we could take our 13-pound Cocoa on. We were staying at Skidaway Island State Park so could not leave her at the campsite. We also wanted a factual historical tour. We got it all! Our dog (and the other larger dogs that were also on the tour) were all very good and so were their companions. Cocoa immediately knew who was in charge and kept up with him. Our guide did a great job of telling us about the city and buildings, standing us out of the sun and other pedestrians while talking to us, greeting all the dogs and being mindful of their needs, being aware of walking needs, and just giving a terrific tour. I highly recommend this tour.

Great Informative Tour AND Dog Friendly
Savannah Bonaventure Dash ToursThis tour will pick you up at your chosen location and take you to the cemetery. We were staying at Skidaway Island State Park so it was more convenient to meet Tim there. He texted us a map of the cemetery and exactly where to meet him. Tim is a great tour guide and gave us a wonderful and informative tour. The group is small which I believe enhances the experience. Our dog Cocoa accompanied us and she seemed to recognize Tim was in charge and that she should follow him. Tim watched for shady spots and was able to avoid other tour groups without missing the interesting graves. I highly recommend and your dog will enjoy also.

Pet Friendly AND Good Food
The WyldWe loved the casual atmosphere overlooking the water. Boats could dock here and get something to eat. We came at lunch time and found and outside table to sit. Our dog was welcomed and offered a bowl of water and the staff was friendly. Everything was just as we wanted: beer, fried shrimp, clam strips, and fries.
