Evacuated from Ian's Path

Evacuated from Tampa Bay area for Ian [hated the needless traffic jams]. Came upon this place via BringFido the night before. Selection, reservations, etc. all went smoothly [even though the path of Ian came directly into the area we evacuated to]. Great location-great staff-good & secure surroundings-dog friendly-very comfortable overall experience. Our dog Maya's very first time with a long drive (4+ hours) as well as a hotel environment [she loved the elevator & learned how to maneuver stairways]. All went very smoothly because of the Rosen's attention to security, cleanliness, and covering things from a customer's point-of-view. Loved it -- will be back with grandkids & family soon...
