Not what expected

The room was a nice size however, they don't give new towels unless you ask and they don't clean your room unless you ask. They were giving people welcome bags but we didn't get one and when asked they gave an odd reason. They closed the breakfast bar down early and when went to get something they yelled very rudely about it, yet another person went to get something and they didn't say anything to them. The person staying above us was loud all the time. We asked them to see about them settling down but they didn't. Our bottom of bed was falling down and different parts of the room was falling apart. So for being a Hilton I am not impressed! Would I go back? NOOOOO! Also there was really no spot for the dogs to get walked to go to the bathroom. IF this is a pet friendly place, they really need to have a place for them to go.
