Not a great stay

The check in and check out wasn't pleasant. They require a cash deposit, mine was $50 and because I had requested a change of rooms due a loud barking dog next door to me, upon checkout it was hard to find my deposit. I just wasn't super happy with my stay. They did upgrade me to a new room because of the dog but the rooms had a weird smell and the floor of my new room was sticky in some places which was gross. Water was hot, bathroom clean, bed was comfortable so amenities were as advertised. Their negative is based on the management and customer service. It felt like I was a burden instead of a valued customer.
