Decent Experience

I had an issue when I paid with my debit card as it got charged a $100 deposit fee, a $25 pet fee, then an additional $75 was charged. I asked the clerk as to why I was charged and he explained that it's a technical error that happens when a pet fee is put through. The system thinks that the pet fee is the deposit so it adds the additional $75 to add up to $100. I wound up having to pay, virtually, $175 in deposit fees. The front desk clerk said that it would be returned in a few days, which it did. Unfortunately, I don't use credit cards so it was taken from my bank account and I had less money to use while I was in town. Other than that, it was a nice stay. There was a pet relief area that I used frequently and they had a Do Not Disturb sign for my room to notify staff I had a pet. There weren't any over-the-top pet amenities. Decent experience for a pet-friendly hotel room!
