Don’t even bother

Save yourself a headache and book somewhere else. They will cancel your reservation right at 6pm even though they called to confirm your arrival. 5 other people showed up around the same time I did, 6 pm, to find their reservations were cancelled. Some were even told that there are no rooms available and some rebooked, not something you want to deal with when you have a fur baby. According to front desk, it is the managers call but I couldn’t speak with him. I could have left my contact information but what good would that have done for the night. The rooms cost more which is my guess why they do this. None of our confirmations stated this policy. The parking spots are ridiculously tight.
