Mixed Review

Housekeeping and half of the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent and spacious, though the pool left something to be desired. We also experienced huge headaches with check-in, and the primary staff member assisting me wasn’t communicating the situation well at all, which was extremely frustrating after a long day. In the end it all worked out, but for what we paid for the room, we expected a much better experience.
