Hotel Indigo was Interesting

We went to Hotel Indigo for several reasons. It was a block from my daughter's apartment and it took dogs. There were lots of dogs there. There was a lot to like but more to dislike.

1. We took two large dogs who like to alert us to the presence of others. The hotel placed us directly in front of the elevators. The ding from the elevator sounded like our door bell at home. Every time folks got to our floor we knew it.
2. The bathroom (stool, sink and shower was about 3x3) was too small to turn around in; you could sit on the stool to wash your hands. If I was taller my knees would have touched the sink.
3. Our stay was over the holiday and no breakfast or other meals were served due to the holiday. So we had to find alternative dining with out the dogs.
4. Trying to see the food menu in the hotel with their QR code ended up with me having my credit card charged for things I didn't want or need. My bank recognized the fraud and cut off the card immediately.
5. Parking to bring in baggage and check out was virtually non-existent. Hotel personnel didn't offer to help. We are women of a certain age and could have used some help.
6. Facilities to walk the dog. The dog run is 2X6 feet and is intended for 10 pound dogs not 60 pound dogs. Big dogs must be walked around Midtown with only minimal places for them to do their business.
7. This was the perfect location for me to visit my daughter just not the perfect location for me to bring two 60 pound pups.
