Worst room

We booked online and checked in after hiking all day at Watkins Glen State Park. We were the only guest and they closed the office afterwards. The TV did not work, the security latch was broken off the frame. We went to take showers and the water was shut off. I went back to the office and it was closed. In the morning I complained to the clerk in the same clothes from yesterday. I said I expected a 50% refund. He responded no luck.

Super dog friendly

Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn & Suites

Lots of places to walk the dog in and around the village. No problem going into stores or places to eat. Rooms are quiet and no outside noise or other dogs barking.
