Great stay
Hyatt Place San Antonio-Northwest/Medical CenterWe enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast, updated and clean rooms. Would stay here again.

Not the greatest experience
Hyatt Place Phoenix NorthWe arrived and they had oversold on our room type. They gave us another one however it smelled like wet dog and the couch was in really bad shape with stains etc. Giving it 2 bones as the bed mattresses were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Beautiful location!
Elizabeth Oceanfront Suites Ascend Hotel CollectionOur room was very comfortable with many updates. It was also very clean! We would go back!
