If zero bones were an option
V.I.Pet ResortHad plans to visit Orlando and based on the review on BringFido I wanted to give this place a try. Unfortunately, our dog developed kennel cough and I needed to cancel this reservation 5 days ahead of arrival. Their web interface doesn't allow cancellation and instead I was directed to call a phone number. That phone number leads to a voice mail system that promises a call back in 24-48 hours and indicates the best way to reach them is by sending a message through their web portal.
Not customer friendly at all, especially for travelers. Do not recommend if your plans may change.

Happy we visited
The Lobster ShantyI was almost put off this place by the previous reviews, but we had our dog's license with us and had no trouble getting a table in the outside area on a nice day in November. There was another group with a dog as well. That dog barked a bit now and then, but no one seemed bothered.
The service was great as was the food. I will definitely visit again when I'm back in Salem.
