South Arbor Animal HospitalThere are good veterinarians at this office and then there are veterinarians that need to order several tests because they are not trained to trust their judgment.
I was quoted over $1,000 at 1 visit for several extensive tests for a cat that had a standard cough and diarrhea. After denying tests on the $1k quote, I still paid over $600 and the vet still wasn't able to fix the issue. I took the cat to another vet that prescribed simple antibiotics and suggested a food change and paid $93 to fix the problem. One doc is not trained to know what to look for so she needs to send tests out to confirm requiring you to pay hundreds of dollars for them to make money off you.
There are much less expensive vets in the area who charge half of the price of this vet. I would encourage searching elsewhere.
