Tired bathroom but comfy bed

This hotel is tired and in need of a reverberation especially the bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable with a very nice comforter.

A nice room

Best Western Staunton Inn

I made a reservation by calling the Best Western 1-800 number. I asked for a room including my dog and to use my points but when I showed up at the hotel there was never any record of my requests. When I did get checked in my key cards didn’t work. My television also did’t work but a maintenance man fixed the key card issue and he fixed the tv. I don’t think that I will stay at this hotel again.
