Bad pet policy

We got left high and dry when we got into town after a 13 hour drive. Found out a pet room reservation doesn’t mean anything. You still need to call them separately to make sure they assign an actual pet friendly room. if not you basically get cancelled and told good luck. I’ve been an IHG customer for nearly 20 years and never had this kind of experience. This location will not get my business ever.
