Unsafe, zero bones!

When we finished registration and had paid, the desk clerk handed us a small space heater, and told us the window mounted heater was broken. Of course, we had already paid the nonrefundable room fee. We handed the heater back to the clerk, confirmed that the room fee was not going to be cancelled, and went to a Quality Inn.
