Good stay
Best Western Statesville InnThe room was very clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable. We weren't crazy about its location but not a major concern. We had some problems getting the tv to work and found out it was the remote batteries. Had to go to the front desk to get new ones. Breakfast was too late for our early departure which was a little disappointing but we were able to get a cup of coffee for the road. Overall a comfortable room = 4.5

The worst place I’ve ever stayed in!
Travelodge by Wyndham RoanokeRight from the start, the room was deplorable! I would have Ava difficult time giving it even 1 bone! The bathroom tub had debris from a ceiling patch job that had fallen apart. Towels that could not even cover your face to use for your entire body. No hot water until you ran the faucet for at least 10 minutes. Bedspread with cigarette holes. Pillows that were flat as a pancake. Noise level outside with other tenants smoking weed. I could go on and on! We expected to get a restful sleep after driving for 10-12 hours but did not. Please remove this hotel from your list.

Great beds
Days Inn by Wyndham Gainesville University I-75For the most part it was a pleasant night but there were a few of problems with the room. Just to name a few, there was a huge spot on the rug, a light fixture above the desk that didn’t work and poor lighting in the room. In addition, I left some clothing in the bathroom that I forgot and called about but no one returned my call. I’m not sure I would recommend this hotel or if I would stay there again.
