Holiday Inn Santee an IHG HotelStaff very helpful. Problem with television and wi-fi.

Problem at breakfast
Holiday Inn Express and Suites Hagerstown an IHG HotelImpossible to have coffee at 8:30am and the breakfast room was full of people. They serve until 9:30am so I was not at the last minute. For a hotel with breakfast included, big deception. I had to stop at McDonalds to buy 3 coffees ($10). I am reconsidering my future stays at that hotel.
