Horrible location

The guy at the front desk had no idea what he was doing. It took at least 15 minutes for us to get checked in once we arrived and no one was there. He didn’t know how to check us in with the dogs and wanted to charge us $50 a dog instead of the $20 like it states. We only got charged the $20 once we showed the information. The beds were very uncomfortable and the showers did not get hot. I would give it zero bones if it would let me. This is one of the worst hotels that we have stayed at and we travel a lot.
