Clean and accommodating

Room was cozy and clean. There were a lot of other dogs in the hotel so it could get loud at times. The pet owners were respectful and courteous who stayed there

Not in good condition

Affordable Suites of America Grand Rapids

Room was not ready when we requested and we were downgraded from King bed to a queen to accommodate a ready room. There was no financial compensation for the downgrade. Place was in rough shape with beat up furniture, appliances, and amenities.
