Comfy Room

The Kimpton Canary was still under renovation when we checked in. Our Juliet Balcony had scaffolding blocking it. The hotel was out of their Kimpton Dog welcome kits. The room was comfortable enough and there was not a pet fee, which most other pet friendly hotels have. The location of the hotel is right off of State Street, which as become a bit sleepy. All the activity is happening closer to the beach at the Funk Zone. We'd probably choose a pet friendly hotel closer to the beach, like The Californian, next time we visit Santa Barbara with our 4-legged.
