Only Hotel Around

Hotel rooms needs remodeling, especially bathtub! Carpet reeked of powder air freshener, glad I brought air cleaner. Tv can only get few channels.
Told front desk when checking in I had 2 pets but was approached AFTER I checked out I OWED pet fee, then shorted change back!
Front desk personnel lacks customer service both on check in and check out. Will not come back!!
