Good location

At check at the hotel they could not find the reservation but saw my confirmation info and we got a room but not on the first floor (which I wanted as we had 2 dogs) but we managed. The next day when checking out the desk clerk did not have us as being in the room we were in. I assured her we were. And later when I got home I got billed again for the night (I paid for the room when the reservation was made a month earlier). When I called the hotel said I was billed as being a no-show which makes no sense as not only were we there but had already paid for the room. They apologized and assured me I would be credited the second charge. The location of the hotel was good, the room was fine and breakfast was very good.
