DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE

My policy upon booking stated the pet had to be 25lbs and if you left the room the pet needed to be crated. March 4 2019, i arrived at this location because it is a pet friendly hotel. I have my 4 month old choc lab with us, his crate the whole 9. I’m given a pet policy form to fill out by Rhonda, where it states the pet has to be 20lbs and you can’t leave the dog unattended.
She sees my dog and states “he’s too long”
There was nothing about length when it came to the pet policy
