Not Dog Friendly
The Upper CrustStopped for dinner and were told only service dogs were allowed, even in the sidewalk seating area.

Great Restaurant for Dogs and Owners
The Gettysburger CompanyExcellent friendly service. Nice outdoor seating area with plenty of room for you and your dog. The food is excellent, including the dog menu. I definitely recommend!
