HI Kelly, thank you for your feedback. We do need some clarification on your review., I hope you received the voicemail that I left you to resolve this matter.

Since my salon has been open, our clients have scheduled appointments via phone or email. And as stated in our newsletters and online, we do book out 2-3 weeks in advance during the week and 4-6 weeks out on Saturdays. We always do our best to find an open appointment or cancellation for all of our clients. And if we can not find what suits their needs, we always offer to put our clients on our waiting list and get an appointment scheduled for them in the future, even if they have to wait. Doing this ensures that their pet has an appointment. And if we end up getting a cancellation, they might get lucky if they answer the call and get in sooner.

After you left your review on Google, I did speak to my adult receptionist who offered you a few upcoming cancellations we had on a few different days and she was under the impression that you were going to check your schedule and call her right back.

I reviewed Piper’s account and we first saw her in March of 2016, and then again in June of 2016 which is when the salon and Piper had a price increase with us. In addition, we saw her on 9/10/16; 12/10/16; 4/19/17; 7/8/17; 9/9/17 and 12/16/17. Since June of 2016, her price has consistently been the same for her BBT and an owner elected add on service of filing her nails. I would be more than happy to provide you with her service record if need be.
