Not friendly

Went here with friends this evening and we had called ahead and made a reservation letting them know we had a fur friend after seeing reviews here. When we arrived they were so rude. We were not fully in the door and were asked if we had a reservation and they were like you can go outside with eye rolls. We had a reservation for the patio anyways, but they were so unfriendly. I asked to use the restroom and they couldn't be bothered to point me in the direction nor allow my dog with me whom is a service dog by the way. Not Emotional support or a standard pet. Don't think we will go back.
