Not friendly...

Upon trying to check in, we had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, I called, waited, called waited some more, nobody was there to check us in. When we did get checked in, we found the staff to not be welcoming at all and not friendly. As a hotel that has their lobby littered with cool memorabilia to salute Veterans, as a Veteran myself with my dog, I found this place to not even be close to meeting the bar of being average. There was no coffee, no breakfast, nothing.... with staff who were unapologetic about the place. Would never stay here again.
