Disappointing

I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. This time, however they missed the mark. I reserved a handicap accessible room but that request wasn’t honored when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel room wasn’t clean, and I ended up running to the store to buy Clorox wipes to clean it myself. The side door on the first floor would not activate with the key, which is really inconvenient for someone with a disabled guest, since you have to walk farther to the front entrance. I’m giving it two bones for the breakfast.
