Miserable experience
Sonesta ES Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile - MedicalThe room was filthy and my wife was allergic to something in the room. We checked out after 2 days because of the room and the incompetence of the AM front desk clerk. Valet parking was exorbitant and difficult to get your car in the morning.
