food is only so-so, but the patio is pleasant and shady, and the server was very friendly and prompt. She brought a bowl of ice water for our pup.

The building is on the National Register of Historic Places and has some neat details like the old city jail cells in the back.

crowded today as it is the July 4 weekend, but this is a great spot. There’s not much parking.
