Left much to be desired

When I arrived after driving 6 hours, was informed that I was supposed to be notified that morning that they had no pet friendly rooms available. I had spent hours researching pet friendly accommodations and had chosen this one. Why would an establishment cancel a reservation the morning of arrival?! The receptionist also said she had never heard of BringFido. She eventually gave me a room. However, the small fridge leaked (there was already an towel placed at the base when I opened door to suite), the air conditioning unit did not work (never cooled room), there was no way to switch waterflow from tub faucet to showerhead (I pushed, pulled, twisted all to no avail), took multiple attempts to get door open with keycard every time, and floors were filthy (turned sole of my socks black).

All in all, left much to be desired. There was no one on site after 7pm and no one on site over the weekend. She said there was a number to call if needed assistance but there was no number posted in room anywhere. By the time realized all of the issues, there was no one available and I had carried everything including 2 dog crates to room. Did not have parking space close to room which I had requested as I use cane to walk and have handicap placard. Felt like I had no choice but to stick it out.
