Ugh

Gave us a room that could not accommodate the amount of people on reservation. Switched rooms and ac didn't work well. Very humid in the room. Pretty sure the air filter needed changing. If it wasn't so late after the initial check-in and finding the inadequate room, I just wanted a place to lay my head or I would have found another location. By this time, it was much too late. The person that checked us in double charged pet fee but stated he did not. After showing it was taken out of account he "refunded." Next morning, go to checkout and assistant manager was very confused. She saw the extra charge, obviously not refunded and noticed the incidentals deposit was also a "hard charge" meaning the money came out of the account as well. Thankfully she was very helpful and was going to fix this mess.
