Great location, updated hotel
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fayetteville I-95We needed a last minute hotel on our trip back from vacation and this is perfectly situated off 95. Easy on/off with a Starbucks right down the street sold it for me! It’s updated and beds were comfortable. Hallway definitely smelled like pot but that could have been a local guest and not a permanent thing. There were some crumbs leftover that the housekeeper probably couldn't reach but my dogs quickly found! I’m thinking the room wasn’t finished yet. There seemed to be missing furniture (couch/chair?), it seemed to be very recently renovated. Our stay was only about 10 hours so we didn’t miss it. We’d stay again just for the location.
Just ok
TownePlace Suites Fayetteville Cross CreekWe were looking for a stop on our way to Florida, and this was about our halfway point. Farther off 95 than I expected (my fault when booking) and it’s a little older and slightly worn, but it was quiet and the bed was comfy. Not a bad stay at all but also nothing to write home about.
Great stay!
Renaissance Toledo Downtown HotelI commented to my husband that it didn’t feel like a “pet friendly” hotel, meaning it was SO clean it didn’t seem that we were stuck on the “dog floor" like some places do. And it’s a great location: on-site valet, and walking distance from good places to eat and get some coffee. Right next to an Imagination Station for the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer.
