Ask For Ground Floor Room

We specified that we wanted a ground floor room and we were advised by the hotel to ask for an ADA room - "only way to make sure you're on the ground floor"

The room was clean and recently renovated - laminate floors instead of carpet (easier to keep clean)

This is a bare bones motel but fine for a place to sleep - walking distance to a Italian restaurant - nice pet walking area - comfortable bed - all at a very affordable price

Don’t Recommend

I double checked the address to make sure I stayed at this same place - I have no idea where the picture at the top of this page was taken. This place should be torn down and we think that might be the plan when the brand new Candlewood Suites being built next door is finished

We would have asked for our money back but we had just driven 15 hours and didn’t have the energy We got up at 6am and left

The entire building is in rough shape, our door had a 1/2 inch gap that you could see the outside, the paint couldn’t cover the old warped walls, countertop was broken, the carpet was nasty. The shower fixture was loose - appears they need a lot of maintenance work

The only thing I can say positive is the sheets were clean and they only charged $79 plus $10 for our dog plus tax. Still wasn’t worth $104!!!
