Very run down

The swimming pool was empty, hadn't been used in years. NO landscaping, just a small patch of weeks adjacent to a busy road to relief the dog. Not set up to be dog friendly with old carpeted floors. TV and clock radio didn't work. Couldn't wash up as faucet was leaking and hot water was scalding hot. No breakfast food or coffee as advertised. Only a couple of cars were there in this very busy time of year at Lake George. We cancelled the second night. Tired old motel. No one in the office and had to call to get someone to come to the lobby. Didn't even answer the phone with the name of the hotel, just "Hello." I had to ask if this was the Baymont.
