Grand Trunk off Leash Dog Park

We went to the dog park and on most days it was great but a few times they’ve had dogs that are aggressive One dog bit me broke skin The same dog a few weeks later the same dog attacked my dog and and I had a 1000.00$ bill at the vets to pay that no one will take responsibility for they say that the dog has been past on and is not allowed to be off leash this crap they the walker should not be allowed to be in the park no dog and the walker should be banned as well My thoughts
