Great place in Dalhart
La Quinta by Wyndham DalhartWe were a little concerned about noise as Dalhart is a busy place for trucks and trains, but we did not find any issue. Breakfast was good. The hotel had been spruced up not too long ago. The rooms were clean as well as the grounds. We would stay again.

It was ok
Best Western Montis InnThere was lots of space to walk the dog and it was convenient off I-44. The room was ok, but a bit of a disappointment. Bathroom door would not open fully. Breakfast was just ok. Price was not bad, but I was not sure we got our money's worth.

High End Stay
La Quinta by Wyndham Amarillo AirportWe were quite pleased with our stay. Room felt like new. Very clean. Only negative was the breakfast; the scrambled eggs had been SALTED! Plenty of places to walk the dog. Mattress was just like home.

Rare find!
Motel 6 Old Town Scottsdale/Fashion SquareLocated next to mall. Actually walked to the food court for eats. Plenty of grass and gravel in surrounding area. No breakfast, but we knew that going in. Less than half the price of competition. Vinyl floors. Dog was happy!

We were impressed
Hampton Inn Suites Phoenix SurpriseCheck-in was a breeze. The whole place feels like it got a facelift. Breakfast was more than adequate. Rooms were quite nice and quiet. Not a lot of grass, but we have a desert dog that can make it happen anywhere! We have stayed before and will be back.

Good central location
Econo Lodge Old TownWe felt safe in the area and there are restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and comfy. Fido liked it just fine and she is use to doing her business in the gravel. There were a couple of small artificial turf areas. But, what do you expect, this is the desert!

Decent place
Best Western Caprock InnRoom was nice, breakfasts was typical Covid grab bags. Not much of an area to walk your dog; a dearth of grass. Location is pretty much on the main drag. We kept our fan on for white noise. Don't forget the $25 upcharge...

under rated!
Motel 6 Snyder TXWe needed a stop on our way to Louisiana. It was conveniently close to the highway yet still quiet. We didn't use the indoor pool, but the ambience was good. our room faced the pool. only complaint was that the rooms were a little dark.
