Fabulous staff & service!
Homewood Suites by Hilton AlbanyEasy safe location, very clean, well maintained and comfortable with absolutely award-winning staff. Lovely property with lots of space for dog walks. Guilherme warmly greeted our dog & I, checked us in, & recommended a delish dinner delivery. Shelly was a warm & welcoming face in the breakfast room. This stay made a long trip delightful!

Very poorly maintained
Staybridge Suites Columbia Baltimore, an IHG HotelThe staff was nice but the communal spaces and rooms were worn, dirty, and smelled odd. The first floor door to the pet relief area was broken and propped open & the pet relief area was littered with used condoms so it felt unsafe.
